Used these guys to fabricate a piece for a door for a job I was working on. Long story short they cut the hole in the cover in the wrong spot and wanted to charge us to make a whole new piece. They said we could try cutting it with a Dremel. We now have a $200 paper weight. The rep we talk with kept saying that this was the approved design, sorry blah, blah, etc, etc.... Not good business practice, will not be back.
Southern Metalcraft is a quality company and their entire staff is outgoing and professional. They are great to work with and are always willing to go the extra mile.
