After calling twice to try and get an appointment I finally received a call back that didn’t remotely reflect that my message had been heard. The recorded messsge used by Dr Silberman’s office was rambling and condescending at best. It took a week to get a call back only to inform me that I needed a referral since my last appointment was over 3 years ago. One star only because its not possible to give them zero. Quite possibly the WORST office staff I have EVER encountered. Impossible to get the scheduler to return calls despite 6 weeks of messages left. Impossible to actually speak with the scheduler, you can only leave a message. To speak with office staff I have never waited LESS than 30 minutes, more often closer to 45. The wait is pointless, they will only tell you that the scheduler will call you.
