Terrible people to work for. I feel bad for anyone that's let them do any type of work for them
They have a client for life. I had just moved here and moved into my new house. The cable company was down the street and they damaged some equipment that shut the power off on my street. When this happened I heard a pop. That sound was my ac compressor that just got fried. I was in my home for 2 days during the summer in Ga and it was getting hotter. This company is as solid as ever and our family is grateful for their services. Chris took care of our HVAC repair today with efficiency, professionalism, and courtesy. We have been using Southern Mechanical as our home HVAC service provider since 2009.
Had a HVAC issue on the weekend, the most inconvenient of all times. SM Inc was extremely responsive and had a tech at our house in practically no time at all. Our tech Kyle, had our issue repaired quickly and professionally.
