You have very bad service. the manager in the collection department is very bad. she was very nervous and did not respect me. she hung up the phone while I was talking
The Summer Festival was awesome! The band Cafe Red gave it up with excellent music. The variety of vendors in attendance as well. P
Phenomenal staff, comfortable environment and management rocks. A jewel tucked away in the woods. A spot where history meets sophistication.
These guys are great, and have taken such good care of me. My apartment is absolutely perfect!
The customer/resident relations team sucks and then some. They lie, manipulate, evade, avoid, and are quite frankly extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Rude, dismissive, and will never answer your call or answer your questions with proper answers. These people are the worst. Have a missing credit of at least 300 plus dollars from energy assistance grants and then they raise utilities. It's been almost 3 months and they still are giving me the run around. My leasing office staff aren't worth their paychecks, we have a bro... read more
