Unacceptable living conditions, made worse by an equally unacceptable response from management. There is currently a lack of adequate cooling in the building, while residents are still being charged utilities for a basic service that is not being provided. I have personally purchased and run three AC units/fans in my apartment just to make the space somewhat livable, and even that has not been sufficient.
