I lived in one of SM's communities. It was such a frustrating experience. There was always discord between the staff and I. First, I was enrolled in an insurance policy without my knowledge/consent after having provided POI on the day I moved in. Apparently, what I provided was not sufficient, but the leasing agent I was speaking with and who I sent the information to never communicated that, nor did anyone else on their team. You have very bad service. the manager in the collection department is very bad. she was very nervous and did not respect me. she hung up the phone while I was talking
The Summer Festival was awesome! The band Cafe Red gave it up with excellent music. The variety of vendors in attendance as well. P
Phenomenal staff, comfortable environment and management rocks. A jewel tucked away in the woods. A spot where history meets sophistication.
These guys are great, and have taken such good care of me. My apartment is absolutely perfect!
