Oella Mill is a great community to live in. The vibe is industrial. The neighbors are friendly. Modern appliances and everything is up to date. There are many different layouts (I believe over 56 different floorplans), including 2-story units that are basically houses! Carrie and Carolyn are the most welcoming and accommodating property management team ever! I have lived in 2 different units now.
