Unprofessional, not empathetic, will rent you a home with health hazards and not take it seriously. After you leave and with due diligence leaving the home clean, they rob your security deposit.
*****BEWARE OF SOUTHERN MANAGEMENT POLICY RE: UTILITY OVER BILLING ***** Before you consider moving to Middletowne Apartments in Laurel, MD please note the apartments are not metered, which allows Southern Management to charge you for utilities you did not use. They get one bill and decide how much they're going to apply to your apartment even if you have not be home and every thing is off. It's due to their Ration Utility Billing Systems (RUBS) policy.
