Dr. Mikles was excellent! Understanding with what I was needing and looking for. She did very well at explaining in detail what she recommends and what she planned to do for adjustments. Thank you very much 🩵 definitely worth the 2 hour drive
Dr. Cecilia was very warm and friendly and full of knowledge! She naturally put me at ease and it was my favorite chiropractic adjustment I've ever had.

I was very skeptical of the chiropractor, had tried a few places and never felt better. I went to southern mamas for a shoulder injury and felt immediate relief. I felt like I wasn’t just cracked in 5 mins and kicked out the door but she took the time to listen to what was sore and actually adjust me. I felt an immense amount of relief all over after being adjusted. Now I come back every week !! She’s amazing 100/10 recommend!!!! But only if you want to actually feel better ;).
I am really missing my chiropractor Dr. Cece!! We just moved and she was my chiro in TN. Not only is her personality & vibe so high energy & fun, mixed in with being down-to-earth, she does amazing work!! (As a chiropractor myself, I’m pretty picky!) Her adjustments are skilled & thorough, and she took awesome care of my Nervous System! I would always float out after my adjustments with her!
