I just love my pediatrician's office and all the nurses here! They really work hard to give quality care and do their best for all their patients. Got my three littler kids their second covid shots as quickly as possible, documentation, knowledge, prior authorizations for insurance, whatever they can do. Kate Yaginasawa is my children's pediatrician, and she knows alot about autism. I love them so much! I will never take my kids anywhere else unless I absolutely have to!
I had a great first appt with my 1 year old, the staff was extremely nice and the wait time was short. I asked Dr.Y a lot of questions and she was willing to sit and answer every question. The appointment was not rushed and easy to schedule and book the next one. Highly suggest!
Before my review, I want to say they eventually helped us. After 1.5 months. But after just moving here in July and my daughter having a cough for 1.5 months (from September to end of October) they did so many visits + tests (instead of prescribing antibiotics like I asked!!!!!!) — that our bills are almost a $1000 and that's with insurance. We are transferring care to another doctor and I am appalled at how much we have to pay. Will never go back there.
