After living with the pergola SLB installed for me a few years ago, I wanted to get more sun and rain protection. I LOVE the cover installation. The pergola actually looks even better, and I have the shade I need for my seating area all summer. My installer left the site neat as a pin just like last time. The process was prolonged due to the pandemic situation, but SO worth the wait and expense!
Totally satisfied. Open windows allows for a comfortable breeze to flow through, & closed windows helps to keep comfortable when temps begin to fall. No bugs, lizards, frogs, etc., gets in, unless, the door is briefly open. Then they've got to go. I adore my room giving me the comfort of being outside without being outside. Thank you Southern Leisure Builders, for my version of a Sheshier She-Shed. Customer service & representatives are very professional & friendly.
I had these windows installed in my previous house and they worked great !!!! Survived a frontal attack by Hurricane Florence and Dorian without blowing out !!!!!!! I recently had Southern Leisure Builders install the same window system on the porch in my new home, and know they will work well as did the windows in my previous home. They are very high quality and well built. I am very Pleased !!!!!

Great team very personable, great workmanship. We had a set of windows installed and the team went above and beyond. There was some rotted wood they took care of it, they cleaned up and left us with a beautiful window that we can't stop admiring. We are looking forward to doing the rest of the windows throughout our home
Our beautiful patio cover was just what we needed. We love it so much we're thinking about extending it and turning it into an in closed sun room

Original design had to be redesigned due to the fact that the sight of viewing was hampered by the lay of the window frames. The price of the new design was added to the original design bringing the bottom line up considerably because some of the windows and doors needed to be reordered with the design change.
