The Hopkinsville location is the most unorganized medical office I’ve ever been to. The staff is incredibly rude with no bedside manner. I was referred to as, “that pregnant lady in room 2” my most recent visit. Each time I’m scheduled, it’s to be seen during their lunch break and the doctor won’t come back for over an hour later. Last visit, the doctor was called to the hospital and I wasn’t told this until I had been waiting for an hour to be seen. Dr. Schwender and his staff are very friendly and that helps to relax when I go to see him. I like that Dr. Schwender is thorough and takes time to listen and get the whole story of your symptoms, what brings them on and what helps, if anything. In my opinion Dr. Schwender really cares about his patients and wants the best for them. I'd reccomend Dr. Schwender to anyone who needs to see a cardiologist!
