Nothing but praise. From the guys at the the home show, the in home sales and quote, office staff and installation, it was great. Now I can actually see my backyard without the fog and dirt buildup in the the old windows. Actually open the windows without a problem. The windows look great, my house so much better. I was concerned loosing my windowsills due to the size of the windows, but very minimal was lost ( the cats are happy). Brad did a great job and clean up after. I have the Ultimate Gutter Guard system on my house. On a whole I’ve been very satified. However, I have one gutter that is not draining correctly. For the last two months, I have repeatedly called the Huntsville office requesting repair. To date, no one returns my call, even though they say they will. And no one has come to my house to repair the gutter. Not very happy with them.
Our bath tub is a small 1/2 tub. We wanted to get it replaced. We had two guys from Ultimate Gutter Guard come out for an estimate. They were nice and flat out told us they could not help us. Thank goodness they didn't try and bluff their way to a sell they couldn't back up. I couldn't have asked for more.
