No long waiting, the nurse was kind and polite. She knew what she was doing and got things done swiftly. All things considered I didn't mind it at all

Called when I got my reminder letter and was scheduled right away. Staff is always friendly and efficient! In and out of office in no time!
Wasted my time. Neglected to tell me what I needed to do to prep for the appointment, so the night before and the morning were wasted. Person at the desk was glib and thought it was no big deal. I hope I can get the procedure done somewhere else.
The staff are always so kind and they are very fast. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes.
