RecommendedI see many posts about bad customer service, (other places, not SIRA) so I want to share my experience from yesterday. 😃 I had an appointment for a bone scan and mammogram at SIRA. I had the time down in my phone wrong and went 2 hours early. 🤦🏻♀️ I had a funeral to attend in the afternoon. 😢 The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk, and the techs who did my scans, all worked together and got me in and out before 12:30. I truly appreciate all of them, going above and beyond to accommodate me! Thank you! 💐❤️
Great place! The person the did my US was amazing! She was very gentle , caring and listened to me. 😊
The staff is extremely rude. I was referred by my physician and they wouldn’t even assist me unless my Doctor sent an order. The first phone call the scheduler hung up on me and the second scheduler sighed out loud when I was explaining to her what I needed!! It doesn’t matter how bad of a day you are having, always be pleasant and respectful to patients! My physician has referred me to a better place who cares about patients! This was the WORST mammogram I have had. The technician verged on being MEAN and the procedure was PAINFUL. Been getting mammograms for years and 1st time it HURT and had bruises afterwards. Cannot suggest strongly enough that if you are considering going there, find somewhere else.
Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced EVER. This place gives Healthcare a terrible name.
This place never has their paperwork in order. My mammogram orders were not verified by the doctor and nobody called to tell me there was an issue. So I didn't get my mammogram and missed the day of work. 6 month follow up: They did not get the orders from the doctor again!!! Nobody called me to tell me there was an issue and I've taken off work again too. And secondly, their appointments are always incorrect and always running hours behind This place is a hot mess and I don't trust them with my care
If you have HIP or really any insurance, patient beware... they have dropped MdWise (and maybe others) and are now considered out of network. They are not upfront about this when you schedule your appointment. They will call your doctor's office to do due diligence on their end asking for a PA, when they know that the insurance is not going to give a prior authorization to them because they are out of network and there are in network imaging providers available in the area.
