I do not agree with the way things were handled. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see other clients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. It was not easy to reach them by phone. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. This review is in regards to the De Lor Medical Spa located within the same office. Where is the customer service anymore,This review is going on our blogs and web pages.
