This was my first visit on Sunday 7/26/26 around 830PM I chose to use this facility as Jacksonville's urgent care closed at 8 pm Sunday. I was greeted by Chelond at the sign in desk who was very attentive, polite, caring and professional. She made the sign in process less stressful and easy. Soon after I was placed in a room I was seen by the nurse practitioner who was very kind, professional and caring. She quickly advised me of my test results and ordered an injection.
