My son needed a physical for school and we didn’t wait long at all. Everyone was exceptional, from reception to the discharge nurse. Joseph was our NP and he was so thorough and kind.
My experience at Southern immediate care was great and the wait time was very short!!!!!! very good
Immediate Care actually does not care? I came in with a bleeding head injury. Before starting the whole process, we asked them if they did stitches and could provide this kind of care. They said yes, so we waited. After 1.5 hours, they told us they couldn’t help and that we should go to the hospital. What a waste of time! Why didn’t they take a quick look and realize we shouldn’t be waiting that long with an injury like this? And basically, they never even took a look. Awful experience.
