Dr. Carlson and Michelle are absolutely phenomenal! They were so patient and thorough throughout the entire visit. Michelle took the time to explain everything to my very curious 7-year-old, which really helped ease her nerves. They both turned what could have been a scary experience into a positive one for my daughter. 10/10!
I would not even put one star. dr.christy willford should not even be allowed to practice dentistry!! she was supposed to pull a baby tooth out of my grandson‘s mouth. She did not even sedate him with the gas and her assistant. Lexi did nothing about it. He almost passed out from pain from her, pulling one tooth one baby tooth four shots and supposedly gas that he never got that sedated him. She is under investigation as we speak!!! I would give negative stars if I could. This has been by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a dentist. Dr Christy has absolutely no business working with kids or even the public for that matter! She was extremely rude. She has absolutely no interest in answering any of my questions. God forbid your kid gets a little scared. If you try to comfort them she will just take everything off and end the procedure making you feel blindsided.
