Alana Thomas is by far the best realtor! She went above and beyond for our family. She sold our home shortly after we listed it and she helped us purchase our forever home all within a month. I HIGHLY recommend her if you are wanted to buy and sell quickly. She made this process easy for us and answered every single question we had (and it was a lot). If you are a homeowner, Im sure this company is great and streamlines things quickly. However, if you are a contractor, get paid up front to avoid headaches. We are approaching 90 days past due on a bill that is traditionally paid at time of service.
