Turns out Marcus missed major roof damage during my home inspection... but, he doesn't have E&O insurance, so I can't file a claim for repairs. I'm too nice to take him to court, so I'm just out of pocket. Point is, I made the mistake of not confirming his coverage, before hiring him. Now I have a major cost repair (roof & interior mold damage), that could have been avoided altogether, or since it was missed, could have been filed on his E&O insurance.
