We have been to the ER 6 times in the last 1.5 years, every time for our small children. We have never had to wait more than 5 minutes and all the staff we encounter have been excellent every single time. From the front desk when you walk in all the way back to our room everyone is friendly, helpful, and great with the kids! Some visits have been very quick and others we have been there for a long time but they tell us why we were waiting and about how long we would be there for. Every time we (grand parents) have come here, starting with the ER, we have been so very happy with all! I have been taking them to different hospitals thru out the years and this is the best by far. This hospital and the staff are the BEST! We thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!
