In the last week of March, 2025, I began experiencing familiar symptoms of a kidney stone. I could not get and appointment for a CT scan before April 11th. After the second week with no success in passing the stone, we made the decision to go to the Emergency Room at Oak Hill hospital after breakfast on April 4th. Less than one star except for the kind attention of Dr Heil, the only one who took the time to communicate with me, who is a relative of a patient. It is impossible to call the hospital to get a status of your relative. No one answers at the nursing station if you even get that far. The nurses do not respond when the patient presses the call button. They are sitting at their desks looking at the computer or their phones while the patient is lying in feces for over an hour. Texas Orthopedic Hospital offers the best patient care I've ever experienced at any hospital. The staff, including doctors, nurses, and technical personnel, is incredible! The nurses, in particular, showed me seemingly endless patience, care, and concern. Throughout my stay, I felt less like a patient and more like a person. My needs were essential to the team. I am so grateful to everyone who assisted in my care.

the office staff at Dickson imaging center have the personality of rattle snakes. Not a place I'd recommend.
In the two weeks that I have been at Lawnwood Rehab Center, they have put both my body and mind back in “working order” and am now ready and able to return home. Thanks to the entire PT, OT, ST Staff, this has been made possible. The entire Care Team of Nurses and Techs are also professional, knowledgeable, respectful, compassionate and extremely attentive. This place is a scam. Beware! My son went here for a simple med refill because he couldn't get in to see his regular doctor. He did not sign any consents, and was not told that he would be charged $4100 just for walking in the door there. The ER Dr fee will be in addition to this fee. He tried to walk out, but was told it was too late. because they had already taken him back. He is on a high deductible insurance policy and will have to pay these costs out of pocket.
Dr. Kelley delivered both my grandkids!! She was so professional making sure my daughter's health and baby's health was a priority. My daughter had the most wonderful experience having her babies delivered by Dr. Kelley right by her side the whole time. She has a lot of knowledge and very understanding on all issues my daughter had. My daughter now has a boy and girl delivered by one amazing doctor.
