I have never felt so mistreated and felt humiliated in my life. On 5/25/2019, it’s my third visit to the Emergency care due to my daughter’s condition which she is 11 months old. The staff checked me in and brought me to the room. Linda, NP, and Lucretia, nurse, came into the room and directly said they will have to do a full check on me and indicate that because it is my second visit and my daughter’s third visit at least three times. If I were to give advice to (Alexis Mussi) it would be to resign. When your hospital, and why do I say your hospital! you are the BOSS, BIG CHEESE, the SHOW runner, and most of all the person that is to have all the answers. You have failed, because you don't have a deep voice and cary a big stick. I love this Hospital it’s the best to me in Las Vegas always good customer service and they are very quick to assist. I also delivered here and they treated us like Kings and Queens I love them ❤️❤️
Had my hip replacement done here. Amazing nurses. They also took great care of my Mother in Law recently.
I was there in labor and delivery for food poisoning a few days ago. I am 31 weeks pregnant and plan to have my baby there. best experience I've had compared to summerlin.
Service was awesome from registration to CNAs to RNs to anesthesiologist!!!!
