We arrived for our appointment early for a radiology appointment . When we arrived in Radiology no nurse spoke English. We tried to explain our elderly woman’s left arm could not accept an iv port due to atrophy. The nurse continued to poke and prod. I literally had to tell him that he will not poke this women again. Second nurse could not speak English finally got her right arm started. Extremely Disappointed and Deeply Concerned If I could give HCA zero stars, I would. My experience was absolutely horrible, and I would not recommend this facility to anyone—period. After speaking with a nurse through my insurance company about serious symptoms including radiating pain down my legs, pain shooting up into my head (especially behind my left eye), and numbness on the left side of my body, I was told I needed to be seen within four hours. In the last week of March, 2025, I began experiencing familiar symptoms of a kidney stone. I could not get and appointment for a CT scan before April 11th. After the second week with no success in passing the stone, we made the decision to go to the Emergency Room at Oak Hill hospital after breakfast on April 4th. Less than one star except for the kind attention of Dr Heil, the only one who took the time to communicate with me, who is a relative of a patient. It is impossible to call the hospital to get a status of your relative. No one answers at the nursing station if you even get that far. The nurses do not respond when the patient presses the call button. They are sitting at their desks looking at the computer or their phones while the patient is lying in feces for over an hour. noisy the staff lacks communication with each other and the doctors, they told me i will get my procedure every day this week i came here on a monday its is friday now as i write this! Texas Orthopedic Hospital offers the best patient care I've ever experienced at any hospital. The staff, including doctors, nurses, and technical personnel, is incredible! The nurses, in particular, showed me seemingly endless patience, care, and concern. Throughout my stay, I felt less like a patient and more like a person. My needs were essential to the team. I am so grateful to everyone who assisted in my care.

the office staff at Dickson imaging center have the personality of rattle snakes. Not a place I'd recommend.
In the two weeks that I have been at Lawnwood Rehab Center, they have put both my body and mind back in “working order” and am now ready and able to return home. Thanks to the entire PT, OT, ST Staff, this has been made possible. The entire Care Team of Nurses and Techs are also professional, knowledgeable, respectful, compassionate and extremely attentive.
