Six hours to get discharged from hospital, what a joke. Then I was called rude by a physician because I was expressing expressing my frustration to him. what a joke, stay away. S.EDGE
I just competed 12 weeks of physical therapy at the pelvic floor clinic with Sarah Lepere and she was awesome. I was having an issue and had no idea that there was physical therapy for urine and bowel leakage. The exercises were very helpful and the app keeps me on track. I am thankful that I will have access to the exercises on the app.
I took my Mom in this morning after a bad fall. We were seen within minutes and consulted with the doctor very quickly while the nurses took care of her vitals. X-rays, bloodwork, and a CT scan were done right away, we got the results not long after, and we were on our way within a couple of hours. Look at: DOCINFO.ORG to see some of the past misconduct by HCA Florida Osceola Urology doctor Richard Ian Silver. He also works for HCA Osceola Hospital in Kissimmee and UCF Lake Nona. What a creep! He has been the subject of multiple state medical board investigations for misconduct.
This is to inform everyone that goes to HCA Brandon Hospital that We found the service at the hospital very good, BUT THE BILLING DEPARTMENT DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. EVERYONE ELSE THAT BILLED US GOT PAID BECAUSE WE KNOW ABOUT THE BILL WHEN WE RECEIVE IT AT THE CORRECT ADDRESS. The billing department sent our bills (2) for 2 different days to an address that has not existed in at least 25 years. This emergency room is terrible!! I got 6 stitches here after an injury right next to my artery. The room had a tv in it and as the doctor was stitching me up he was watching the show on tv more that he was watching wat he was doing. I got a bill from them and payed it. Soon after two of the six stitches ripped through my skin. I ended up going to a different hospital since I did not trust these people any more. They conclude this was due to poor quality work.
