I am a care giver for a patient who need a procedure done in and out kind of a thing ,the daughter was able to go in naturally, but I was not even able to go into the lobby or waiting area . I am currently sitting out side and in need of a restroom but can not enter. The nurses that took care of me were wonderful! They loved their job and truly helped there patients
Our nightmare began at 4:30am on August 21, 2020 and is ongoing. The patient lay in the ER for so many hours his appendix burst. The phone in the room is never answered, nor the phone at the nurses' station. We are not allowed to visit. It's the weekend and Administration is not available. The doctors are not available. The nightmare continues.

I landed in ER 6/29/2020 due to headche hasn't been relieved since last Friday, chills, fever. Being on Chemotherapy treatment I was able to contact my chemo team over the weekend so, they advised me to proceed to ER. Which I did not, I refused and hesitant to be in the hospital since Covid 19 numbers has increased. So weekene pass by, I felt worse all day monday I was doing all home remedies.
