Just stay away, people. I'm currently being 'treated' and this is my fourth day of staying here. In these four days, they have done absolutely nothing to help me in any way. They refuse to treat my chest pain, keep giving me incorrect dosages of the medications I do take and they keep trying to start me on new, weird medications. Went to the ER with a possible blood clot in my ankle and they did a doppler test and sent me home without ever telling me I had a blood clot! After a couple days when it still hurt, I looked at the discharge papers, only to find that I had "thrombophlebitis, Superficial" and I was supposed to take care of it (elevate, apply heat and cold, take NSAIDS, compress, don't sit or stand for long periods) -- none of which I was told. WORST PLACE EVER!!!! You will be better off if you find a competent hospital to admit you. The nurses here do NOT know how to insert a needle for an IV properly. I could go on and on about how horrible this place is but doubt anyone will read the reviews until it is too late.
St David's medical hospital in round rock ...some staff STOLE my mother's wedding rings, 2 other rings and the special diamond earrings that i had made in memory of my sister who passed away. How do you admit people into the ER when they are having a diabetic episode and remove their pesonal belongs???? HORRIBLE!!! My young adult daughter was transported due to seizure by ambulance. She was treated very rudely after complaining twice about IV site pain, yet no one ever checked her IV site to see if something might possibly be wrong with it. After another 55 minutes of watching my daughter in pain and ready to take the IV out herself, I pushed the help button again. After my previous negative review about the lack of follow up from reservations, I got a call from them and resolved the situation. While I was frustrated about whatever happened with their systems, when I finally did talk to them, they were exceptionally professional.
over two days and 15 phone calls up to 40 minutes - so hours and hours spent trying to call them - absolutely nothing. I see other similar complaints so they have a serious systemic problem - either bad systems or vastly understaffed. Either way, there has to be another place to get imaging. These guys don't seem to need the business.
Urologist Richard Ian Silver is a dirty little prick and a poor excuse for a man. He was arrested in New York for violating a man by grabbing onto his testicles during an altercation and for assaulting his ex wife on the same day.
