This emergency room is a fraud. They lie to you upon arrival that they have the proper specialist on staff to treat your condition to get you to stay, perform multiple unnecessary tests and procedures, then rudely tell you they can't treat you because they are a small ER and want to send you by ambulance to another sister hospital at your own cost. We are always treated with respect when we have any family member go there. All of the employees are polite. It is also the cleanest hospital I have ever been to. When given a choice, I will always go to Southern Hills.
I want to thank the staff and doctors at Southern Hills Hospital for taking such good care of me and most of all I am brought to tears by the way everyone has stepped up to help me even though my methods of treatment are not traditional, you kept an open mind and respected my decisions.
