Get directionsDolly H. Lee County, SC 01 11/17/2022 My fiance went in on November 19, 2020 for a simple procedure to place stents, day surgery. He got there a11:00 am. His surgery was scheduled for 1:00 pm and should have lasted an hour. His niece was waiting in the parking lot because of covid. They had her number and was suppose to call her and keep her updated. I waited until a little after 2: pm and heard nothing, so I called his niece, who told me she hadn't heard anything, so I called the hospital myself. The lady who answered the ph... read more

Number one, I am sad that some of you writing reviews, are calling other patients "crazy". Number 2, I was 19 and was a "crazy" patient of this house of horrors. Words and stories do not remotely compare to the people who had to be at this facility. I was taken into a metal room in hand cuffs, when I was finally buzzed in to the main emergency part, it was pure chaos. I was taken to a room where I was stripped of my clothing, and pictures were taken of me. They tried to say that old scars were fresh (do any of you actually ... read more
I have always had only good things to say about Twin Cities. Today, I went to the ER. I have had a lot of congestion, an awful sore throat, fever as high as 101. They also ordered a chest X-ray. But, after those items I sat in the waiting room. They didn’t put me in a room, no blood work. A bit later they called me back to the tri... read more

Something for pain there. But nothing for afterwards. Guess they figured there wouldn't be pain later . Popped a bandage on me while I'm still bleeding really good. And said later. I am lucky that I survived my stay and staff incompetence. I did self check out and got out there. They only look to treat symptoms not the cause. If you have choice go elsewhere or you better off at home.
My mother was admitted on a Friday. Saturday evening she passed out and fell and became paralyzed on one side and non-verbal. Her Monday lunch was fried chicken and Monday evening beef tips. Nurses knew all this but I had to make them aware on Monday that her diet needed to be changed from regular to soft or pureed. I questioned this again on Tuesday and so told, "We just called the doctor and speech therapist to evaluate to get diet changed." On Wednesday nothing had been done. Come on people. This should have been taken c... read more
