On 12/15/2022 at or around I voluntarily came into a TriStar Summit with the hope of reestablishing my psychiatric medications. I was to start of new job right after Christmas as well, all this in hopes to try and improve my life and wellbeing for future. Do NOT go here. I was charged $10,000 and never left my seat in the waiting room. NO joke! The did a blood draw, flu and covid test and IV in the waiting room. I never got a room or triage because they were too busy. We waited more than 4 hours and were not treated well. $10,000, let that sink in.
Surgery and overnight care for a pilonidal cyst. Professional Staff, food decent, clean, good tech ( charger in bed, 55" flatscreen. etc. ) Overall excellent stay albeit a short one. A special shout out to Staff Devine and Latisha for making it that much better. Originally I had a few concerns about this location going in but they were quickly put to rest. Thank you for care well done-

From MA got sick couldn't shake cough went yesterday to there facility short wait time, friendly and efficient staff, couldn't be happier with visit and results! Highly recommend.
Absolutely terrific. Showed up at 9 am with pneumonia. Immediately into a room where 4 or 5 people attended me = blood tests, x-ray etc. Could not have been a nicer, more professional staff. Would give them a 10 if possible
I had a biopsy yesterday at Blake and I was very nervous as I'm terrified of needles, my Dr Blausteen and hi nurses Amiee and Tracy were wonderful. I can't thank them enough for making me feel at ease and the nurses holding my hand. All went well now waiting for the results.
This is my 2nd attempt going to this ER and I have to say this is by far the Worst ER I have ever been to. Filthy restrooms. Staff playing on phone. Went in for troubled breathing waited 4 hours with 3 people in the lobby before being seen in the lobby now at this time lobby is full, and being asked to provide PPI in the lobby near other patients. I went in with strap throat. The nurses I don't have strep throat. I don't need an antibiotic. The doctor came in says that I do have strep throat and that I do need an eye biotic. But yet the nurses so persistent that I don't and that I don't need anybody and that I'm just a whimp. Let that are going in for no reason. Universes should not be speaking to a patient about diagnosis. That is what a doctor is for
