I've only had a very positive experience every time I've been here. The staff has been extremely friendly and helpful and when we need to drop Penny (our dog) off for a while, we call in every few days and they give us status reports and tell us how she is doing. Our dog doesn't like the car, but as soon as she gets out and recognizes that we are at Southern Hills Animal Hospital she becomes very excited. We always felt that we were in the best possible hands and that you would do what was right for Prancer. This Animal Clinic is by far the best! The staff there is WONDERFUL!! They took my puppy in when we had nowhere else to go. My puppy is being taken care of and I trust leaving my baby alone with them, I never have to feel worried that something will happen to her. Everyone in that clinic is very kind, warming, and welcoming, and just out right wonderful! I could not have chosen anywhere better to go. Thank you so much Southern Hills Animal Hospital for being 100 percent the best you can be!!

doctor mary thornton and her husband are the best doctors in the roanoke area, i have lived in sc for the past 7 years and i still carry my beloved babies to roanoke for treatments. i worked for her for almost 6 years, and i think she is the best. im not just saying this because we are friends. im stating the shear facts.

This is the best animal clinic in town. I was so impressed with the compassion Dr. Brad Everson has with the animals as well as the family or owners of the animal. The compassion of the whole staff at this clinic is amazing and I know when I leave my pet there that they treat them with love and respect like I do and they do everything they can to make them comfortable and happy.
