I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for the care you provided to Hershey and to our family in her final days. This time has been extremely difficult, but it was comforting to know that Hershey was surrounded by loving folks who cared about her.

His illness was a nasty one but we feel we were able to have him around as long as we did due to all your research and help. Please also thank your staff for the kindness they showed Cyrus and us, especially Janice. Janice is a real keeper! Although our hearts are broken, Cyrus is now in a better place. Thank you.
