I’m from out of state and once I’ve moved here I decided to give Southern Heritage Bank a try. They we able to help me get a new bank account set up, staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I felt as if I was treated more like a family member than some stranger just walking into a bank. They are always kind, caring, and will give you one on one attention. I appreciate just how willing everyone is to lend a helping hand.
The customer service the best I have ever had in a Bank. I am always greeted by name and when I was going through all of my medical problems they asked about me and put me on their prayer list. I would 100% recommend this name bank well actually a family.
