I had a terrible experience at this salon. I went in for a simple blonde highlight root touch-up, but the result was completely different from what I requested. My hair ended up with noticeable red/orange stains, and the quality of the products used seemed extremely poor. After the service, my hair felt severely damaged, dry, and brittle from the chemicals.
