we had our girl waiting for us in their waiting room when we went in for appointment. came out to find out our little girl was gone. good part was we found her after fearing for her safety and life. turned out was because she had to go another complex to use bathroom because this place' rest room was not working. how convenient and nice this business is, huh ?
It was good until it wasn't. The secretary/receptionist/triage nurse presented me a drug test and said "It will be $25 flat." I said "Cool". The organization in NJ who sends back the results are out of my network. So now I have a $100 drug test bill. When I mentioned it to her, she said "Just ignore it and throw it away." Seriously? Bills don't go away Ma'am. When she finally got tired of me asking she gave me a number and said "Ask for Trey. He will take care of it." I called Trey.
