Southern Grace Hospice cared for my father in his last days and hours. Their gentle professional care is foremost in my memory. Every detail was attended to without hesitation. I highly recommend this team of professionals to care for your loved ones.
The staff of Southern Grace welcomed us with open arms. They handled everything from setting up the hospital bed and equipment before my wife left the hospital. They coordinated the nursing schedule to the medication, they have social worker to a pastor to help with the everyday issues. The nurses really care for their patients, like a family member. My wife could not have had better team to help through last days.
After many experiences with hospice, this is by far the most compassionate and efficient company I’ve ever had the huge blessing of having care for our loved one and our family. The love, support, prayers, comfort and necessary medical needs were met far above and beyond any expectations we had. Constant communication no matter what hour of the day our calls were answered. Our experience with Southern Grace was wonderful. Our nurse Cody made multiple visits during the Easter holiday weekend. My father in law passed on Easter Sunday and Cody came out twice that day to support us.
