Lack of communications, schedules always changing, no shower aid going on 11 days as of today

I am going to leave a high review even though I did not stay with Southern Grace. We signed (my mom & I) signed with another hospice agency; however, she was admitted to the hospital before anything got started; her PCP and oncologist discussed her transitioning to hospice and mom signed with Southern Grace. She really loves Dr. Caulfield (he’s been our PCP for years). I only left Southern Grace because I felt they had a lot of patients and not enough employees. Southern Grace Hospice is by far the best hospice around. Personally working as a DON in a facility, I can tell you their nurses are like no other. They collaborate with our staff well. Their nurses can be available in person within minutes of a call. Our families of the residents they care for couldn’t be more pleased. Not only are they compassionate but they want the absolute best care for their residents.
