Jennifer is fantastic. I call ahead and schedule for her every time I am in town. She does a great job each and every time she cuts my hair. I have gone from long hair (over the shoulder) and beard trims . Back to short almost back to my military days and beard trims. She picks up on what I am describing and works her magic. She is 100 percent professional and just a good conversationalist. So every visit is a pleasure. I can make the appointment, go in and walk away extremely pleased with the work she does every time. This place does good haircuts however for the amount of money you spend and the service, it's not worth it. I just spent 30 minutes in a almost empty shop with 2 stylists just for one to leave and have to wait almost a hour for a cut. Sorry but no that's not cool to just have one on deck Update: never going back, as much of a nice set up as it is, yall cant cut hair worth a damn sadly :(

Went in 45 minutes before close. Understandably maybe too late but no one said a word to me. If someone would have said “Hello, I’m sorry it’s a little too late to take anymore customers.” Something along those lines. I would have been totally good with that but instead I wait for 15 minutes for someone to become available and still nothing is said. I just don’t understand it. I left still with no word being said.
