Esta empresa es una PORQUERÍA te hacen cargos (fees) x todo y x nada, no desperdicien su dinero aquí. No te resuelven nada, el personal te dice cosas diferentes cada vez que llamas además de dejarte más de media hora en espera en el teléfono. Yo les daría -10 estrellas
If I could give negative 5 stars I would! Horrible adjusters who have no answer for why the body shop has had my car pulled apart for 2 weeks waiting on Nicole Nuncio to get back to them! 2 weeks without a car for a bumper and taillight to get fixed and she never answers or returns calls! The body shop has sent all requested documents and pictures! Do your damn job!!!
