I have a friend that ordered a pair of shoes and after wearing them on time they had broke making them unwearable she emailed customer service asking for an in store credit and they stated that the product is as is and has been discounted due to this issue That is not how someone should do business if you know there is an issue with a shoe you should not sell it and you should offer your customer a refund! I ordered the Southern Fried Chics boots on flash sale and realized I ordered the wrong color so I messaged the admins and they responded within 24 hours and politely changed to the color I wanted no questions asked. I paid for ground priority shipping and my boots were delivered the very next day after they shipped. Extremely impressed with the service and turn around from this company!
Another company I should have read the reviews about first before ordering � not only did it take a month for the company to get my order to me, but I only received two out of the three things I ordered. Both dresses I received were glittery. The glitter they use is so rough I have scratches covering my arms from putting the dresses on as well as the neckline where the top of the dresses were touching me. They are both SO UNCOMFORTABLE! I’ve ordered quite a few things! Everything has always been perfect! Exactly what the picture shows and sized just right. My favorite is my glitter bomb shoes. They are comfy enough to wear all day and dressy enough to wear to nice places.
I ordered rose gold glitter bombs they were super cute fast shipping and everyone in the restraunt i was in loved them! And a few people i showed them where to buy them! Best boutique by far to me !
