Been trying for days now to exchange clothing I ordered for a trip coming up soon. I do love the clothes but I need smaller sizes. Two emails, four phone calls and now a Facebook message. I was looking just to exchange but now considering just returning as this is deplorable customer service

I’m really disappointed in my first and only interaction with the company. I personally feel like the customer service is not very good. Initially everything seemed ok. It wasn’t until my items shipped that there was an issue. Now I have my items, I replied to an email I received and I got no response. I’m hoping I can just break the boots in and they will be comfortable at my wedding or I may have to purchase a $200 boot stretcher since one side was made smaller than the other

I ordered and received everything within the week I ordered, all fit great and was great quality … love my LV purse/wallet and the lace bell bottom pants are super cute!
Do not like their T shirt that disrespects Christianity. Draws our younger ones to buy them and show off their shirts which tells the world they have no morals or respect for Christianity. Will never purchase from them.
