Southern Foods at Home Sucks...Get Your Food Elsewhere Company is more interested in selling you a commercial grade freezer and a protection plan to cover the freezer for Four Thousand Six Hundred Dollars while charging 18% interest on those costs.They tell you they will be at your home for just an hour to get an appointment when it really takes 3-5 hours for them to go through their scripted presentation.

Great service, excellent product We had missed several months to reorder and missed the convenience having ready beef in freezer, as well as sausage and salmon, not to forget chicken. And it was delicious. The steaks are fork tender and good no matter how fixed. Along with fresh produce from our garden, you couldn't have it any better. Ask for a printed price list!!! Want to have fun with a Southern Food rep? Ask for a printed price list and back up and let them begin to tell you lies on why they don't publish it. ITS CAUSE THEY ARE OVERPRICED. I had them for years and every order always had something wrong...rubber chicken for six months, new york strips tough as leather for six months...not again on my dime.
So rude! We ordered Southern Foods at home 2 years ago. It has been the biggest regret ever since. When you order with Southern Foods, you get their personal guarantee that if anything happens to the $5000 freezer you purchase from them, they will replace everything. So after 3 orders of $1000 + each and a $5000 freezer later, our freezer breaks down while we are on weekend trip out of town.
Southern Foods-loaded everything expertly Sam did a great job with our delivery today. He was a few minutes early, loaded everything expertly and was friendly. Sam even made sure the items we had left from the last delivery were on top so we'll use them first.
