We have called for two days, been left on hold over twenty minutes for four times now ... just say there is no way to reach anyone in the annuities department by using the toll free number in your letters if that's the case. ... quit wasting my time!!
I don’t know anything about Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance. I never met a sales person from that company. I would not buy insurance from a company that I was not familiar with.

Very frustrated with Farm Bureau today. They have forms that can only be faxed or you have to go to an agent to get it. Not customer friendly and not up to date with this century. Who uses faxes anymore!

I’m very upset about your interference in the bill to pass stronger penalties for animal cruelty. There has to be a way to protect your interests and still protect defenseless animals from horrendous acts of violence such as dogfighting. The majority of the state is in favor of the bill, so I think it is atrocious that you are standing in the way of what WE want in order to protect your own pockets. I’m an educator, I’m loud, and I’m angry. And I will be vocal about it.
I am a 25 year policy holder. I contact my agent Bob Adkins for questions, he brushes me off promises to call me later. Never do I get a call back. All I get back is telemarking calls trying to sell me more insurance. I guess what Southern Farm practices poor customer service to attempt to get you to drop the policy. Do not open a policy with SFBLI under any circumstances! This is from a 25 year policy holder
