I’ve been going to this eye doctor’s office for years and I’ve always received professional, clear, and respectful service — until this visit. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff member Jay was very disappointing. Her facial expressions, tone, and overall attitude came off as dismissive. She did not care to explain the process, my insurance details, or any changes clearly. Very professional, friendly staff. Smooth check-in, exam, & review of any issues. Dr Dragon was great. Measurement for new glasses was excellent. All around superb visit from start to finish, as usual.
