I was incredibly pleased with the patience and help extended to my child yesterday during her eye exam and being established as a new patient. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint would be about Dr. Westrick's dad jokes. Hahaha. Just kidding. He was excellent with my daughter. Most of his jokes were funny, and I'm also glad he is keeping his day job. 😂
Dr. Zloty takes his time and explains everything to you. Dr. Zloty performed cataract surgury on my left eye and now the haze is gone. Now i can drive again and especially at night.Jess, is the personal assistant to the doctor.she is very nice and also answers all your questions!! Very professional and cares about her patients! RTR
Today is my first full day without glasses or contacts since about 1964 thanks to Dr. Zloty. He is a skilled ophthalmologic surgeon. Having worked in surgery myself for decades, I was always impressed by his obvious efficiency when I would see the volume of cases he did on a daily basis. As a patient, I found his practice to be busy, but very efficient with a very personable staff. He likewise is remarkably personal in his patient interactions. I recommend him highly for cataract surgery!
Tameka is rude just like everyone is saying she is. The first time I called, she introduced herself (I barely got her name) and hung up - just like that. I called back and she is short. She likes to interupt and talk over the customers when answering the questions that SHE ASKED OF US. Maybe if SEG gets enough one-star reviews due to this unprofessionalism from the front desk, she will be removed.
