On April 1st, I went in and saw a DR. to get my eye exam. I noticed while there that the tech - a very nice girl - was doing more than any other tech did; meaning she was tweaking my Rx and everything. She dilated my eyes and had me looking at the screen and all that. I remember telling her that I've never had a tech do so much. Usually, it's the dr that does this part of the exam. Very happy with Doctor and staff for two surgeries, all were compassionate, professional and caring with the exception of their billing office. The poorest most unprofessional staff I have encountered. I received a bill that I felt was an error due to the fact that I had not been told about three co-pays by my insurance or the staff at the the center.
