Dr Ray and the staff are very thorough and very knowledgeable
My husband and I thought Dr. Ray was very thorough and extremely pleasant. His nurse/assistant is courteous and accommodating (saw her also with Dr. Rojas) and the technician who did my pre-exam is just wonderful. We both -- my husband especially -- appreciate being seen timely. This was the main driving factor in our seeking out a new doctor. Lastly, SEG has been on top of appointments/change notifications, etc. which is excellent. Couldn't be happier.
When I called and asked about prices, they gave me one price and when I got to my appointment it was $200 more than they had originally told me. Thanks for having me waste my time and gas money to get to Biloxi.
I made an appointment in May for June 28th in Biloxi. It was confirmed 4 times. The day before the appointment, they called and said Dr Ray decided he was changing his Biloxi days to Thursday. I explained I could not change my work schedule and begged them to keep the appointment to no avail. If you need help, go somewhere else
