My husband has had several procedures at Southern Eye centre over the last 2 years and we have been extremely happy with Dr Chang and Dr Ye Chen. All of the staff are polite and doctors have been on time and helpful.
Dr Gin & medical staff were all fantastic however the mature age blonde & youthful black haired receptionists need to be retrained on Customer Service. Rude, abrupt, purposely make you wait unnecessarily & act as if they're doing you a favour whereas the client actually pays their wages!
It's not have urgent surgery for my broken cataract len from my old dr ( 20 years ago ) as they said take one month to have urgent operation .I go elsewhere
Fantastic results that suprised my expectations. Thanks to Walter Chang and his exceptional staff.
I have recently had cataract surgery on both eyes. Dr Chang was patient and very kind explaining everything, and making me feel at ease. I found the staff and nurses to be warm and friendly.
