I recently had cataract surgery to both of my eyes and am so pleased with the results, indeed the whole process was handled in a very friendly, comfortable atmosphere. My initial nerves vanished very quickly on arrival for the first procedure, and so then I was eager to return for the second eye to be done. I have had surgery at this clinic three times and found the result to be brilliant. First the attitude of everybody was terrific, I felt at ease and confident that the result would be great which I am happy to say it is. Dr. Walter Chang has a great manner with a touch of humor. I can not recommend the clinic highly enough. What they told me was true and my vision is terrific.

Very happy with the results of my cataract operations. Dr Walter Chang was excellent and all staff were supportive and professional. The anaesthetist Dr Ching handled my situation very well. Five stars for all of them.

In 2019 I had a cataract removed from my left eye and in 2025 I had another operation to remove a cataract from my right eye, both operations were performed by Southern Eye Centre. I cannot thank Southern Eye Centre enough, lead by Dr Walter Chang and his wonderful staff, for repairing my vision which is now 100%. I honestly cannot believe how clear and colourful my vision is now, truly a wonderful, caring organisation.
