Very pleased with the staff from the receptionists to the MD
I hate this place, its like calling the CIA. Doctor performs bad surgery just to collect payment. They are not out for your well being. Wont talk to you without insurance when i have already paid 9,000 $$&. The staff wont explain why and what is your best options. They are not honest.
My nurse and doctor were very welcoming and reassuring. I felt extremely comfortable talking with them regarding my eye issues and my concerns.
I was called back at the time of my appointment. The lady was very informative about the procedures she would do before Dr. Wade Tucker would come into the room. When Dr. Wade came in he was extremely nice and polite. He did the things he needed to do Then I was lead to the receptionist desk and given an follow up appointment. My entire appointment time took less than an hour! I am very satisfied with the care I received.
