Brandi is awesome!!!
The gal who colored my hair did not produce what I asked. She put too much toner on it and instead of the "brightened/lightened blonde balayage" I asked for, my blonde is darker and almost a gray color. She told me to just wash it a couple of times and if that didn't work, I could come back in to get it fixed. When I called to come back in to get it fixed, the receptionist treated me like it was my fault that my hair did not turn out correctly. This whole salon rallied around me, my seven bridesmaids, my mom, and my flower girl! We all got our hair done and about 1/2 of us got make up done. I loved my trial, and the day of my wedding I loved everything even more! All of the stylists were nice, accommodating, and personable making for a fantastic and fun morning having bagels and mimosas before my big day. I went in not knowing what to expect or anything and was so impressed with the outcome! I had never been to southern exposure before ever! Valerir was super helpful in setting up my consult and Brandi, my stylist, did a fabulous job with my cut and color! Thanks for the beautiful work you did on my hair and make-up for my wedding! It even held up in the downpour on the chairlift ride. The bridesmaids loved their hair as well!
