I've been going here for a while because I'm fine with the doctor in spite of the incompetence of the rest of the office/operations. Now I don't even see my original doctor anymore because I guess she's always booked out too far. Pretty much anytime I come in for an appointment, I leave frustrated with intentions of seeing an endocrinologist elsewhere. I'm finally willing to do that. Dr. Lahara is great! She listens and will keep going back. Their new office is awesome. Now, need more staff to accommodate the new building.
Absolutely LOVE Dr Lajara!!! I have an autistic son who is diabetic as well as myself. Kinda hard to reach the office at times, but everyone has always been super friendly. They were having issues with the automation system calling about an "outstanding balance". When I called to ask about it, was told to disregard as the automation was messed up. Can't speak to the other Dr's at the practice, but Dr Lajara is wonderful!
I was very worried when I was Told To See This Doctor But Everything Was OK And I Just Love My Doctor. The Staff Was Very Kind And Respectful.
