I live in Quebec Canada and couldn't find anyone to repair my 1991 Thunderbird SC radio, after searching the web I talked with Ron Roop at Southern Electronics and mailed them my radio, they fixed the FM but couldn't repair the AM tuner, they did however have an identical radio in good condition which are very rare, they offered me the replacement in exchange at the original estimate, I managed to get them to mail me the two radios for the extra cost of shipping, I installed the replacement radio today and it works perfect, ... read more
I've unsubscribed from your spam email list twice, and emailed you to asked to be removed. Im still getting emails. initially i called and got your answering service and requested a technician CALL me for a special quote as i am local (i wanted the "shipping included" removed from quote) and i wanted to see if you do trans temp gauges. unfortunately nobody called me back, but i keep getting the same damn generic quote emailed to me asking if i'm interested. Bad experience. I was expected to pay twice for the same service. Mainly because my initial quote was given from the employee Quinton that did not make me aware of the issues. I was made aware just prior to the service from another employee, but that was after I traveled miles to make the appointment made with Quinton (Salesman?). My followup conversation with Quinton after the fact was really bad whereas he wanted to be sarcastic and make false accusations. Very poor service.

did great job for me 2002 crv cluster 3 day turn around i will use them again
They repaired the cluster on my 2005 Chevy Silverado. Replaced the stepper motors and bulbs all in less than an hour
They did a FANTASTIC job on my 2005 Pontiac Sunfire radio. Very happy with their service. A bit pricey, but well worth it!!!
