Awesome experience! Found them online through another company in Canada that recommended them. Was lucky enough that I live near Richmond so I could just drive there and let them take care of everything with a test drive. Incredibly friendly people there! Very professional. Price was exactly as quotes. No surprises!

Sent in radio for repair, also has integrated hvac controls below radio. All the hvac controls worked at the time. Received radio back and none of the hvac controls work at all. Returned unit to them and was told that parts had been ordered to fix it. Unit was returned to me, opened box only to find that a unit from junkyard had been purchased and sent to me. Southern Electronics saved the day for me! The HVAC control module for my 1995 Chevy was not working properly and guess what! They are no new replacement parts. These guys were able to re-solder everything and it works good as new! If there was any complaint, the guy that helped me a dropoff wasn't full of the fuzzies, but geniuses usually aren't, right?🤷🏾‍♀️

I came to them with an instrument cluster problem: the backlight was not pumping out enough light which made all the gauges light up very poorly. I ordered new faces to be installed which also had its own light source. Quinton was the one to take up this job for me. It was a nightmare; the cluster came from my 2004 Chevy Corvette was a rather involving one to work on. He managed to get the job done though. In a way it almost feels like I’m driving a new car! Very, very pleased with the service provided in repairing the instrument cluster on my husband's 2004 Mercury Sable. E-mailed for a quote. Shipping was free both ways and cluster was repaired very quickly and cost exactly what had been quoted. Not only was the cluster repaired but was also cleaned and polished so it looks like new. Will definitely do business with Southern Electonics again if the need arises. I highly recommend this company.

Highly recommended! As an automotive repair shop, Southern Electronics has repaired numerous instrument clusters for me with a speedy turn around time. Their quotes are reasonable and shipping instructions are easy to follow. Customer service is also by far some of the best around. Look forward to doing more business with them in the furture!
