Waste of time and money. I contacted this company in their capacity as a Breville service center. After speaking to their employee who assured me my device could be fixed after talking about the specifics, I sent it to them. I got a surly phone call about 5 days later saying that the device couldn't be fixed (like I was an idiot for even suggesting it) and that no parts at all were available. Slowest Service on the Planet I sent my Delonghi Espresso Maker in for a warranty repair over two months ago and still nothing. They don't have email or even voicemail, and rarely answer the phone during normal business hours. They refuse to give any updates other than "waiting for parts". If possible, do NOT send them your coffee maker in for warranty repair, ask for another service provider.
Service I sent them a Rowenta iron to fix and never heard from them. I had to write 2nd time to even find out the charge for fixing the iron. Doubtful they will even answer. Can't email so have to send letter.
