I just moved in on sunday, I was very excited to move in here as the leasing agent I toured with was really sweet. Unfortunately there is what seems to be mold or dirt (hopefully dirt) in the storage unit upon move in & also crack in my kitchen sink. Correct me if I am wrong but these are basic things that should’ve been taken care of before move in. German cockroach infested at move in. I have severe allergies and asthma and my son vomits daily,
I have lived here for a year now and resigned my lease! I honestly have nothing but positive things to say! I broke my ankle last year and office staff during the winter came and got me and took me to my car when I was on crutches and in a boot, maintenance went over and beyond when they would have to fix things - one even cleaned my ceiling fan for me when I couldn’t, spacious layout and open concept! I have lived here for a few months, and I must say it is great. When I moved in, the floors were professionally washed (it looked new mostly) and the walls were freshly painted. It felt like a brand new space. I really haven’t had many issues at all. The only thing I would say is if you leave rooms without much furniture or decoration, you are going to hear your neighbors… so make it home!
