Everyone was very professional and nice. All staff explained every procedure they were doing. My only concern was my insurance was not accepted at this facility medicare/humana dental if it was would be a constant patient as well as husband who has same insurance.
Beautiful new facilities. Called in for cleaning right on time. Blair, the dental hygienist, did a thorough cleaning and was very pleasant. Dentist was very nice and professional. Could not imagine how to make this dental visit any better.
It's probably been over 10 years since my last visit to a dentist, so needless to say, I was a little nervous. I was greeted by a pleasant receptionist, the new patient paperwork was not overwhelming, and I was back in a chair by the time of my actual appointment. Very friendly, caring, and professional staff
My son's dental hygienist was very sweet and patient with him! The dentist that checked his teeth was professional and happy to answer any questions that we had. The whole staff was very pleasant and everyone there seems to enjoy their job. Thanks so much!!

I am very happy to bring my entire family to the new practice. I was worried at first. We always loved Morganton dental when Dr.Foreman was there..it has not been the same since. I like the new dentists that gave merged with Morganton dental now becoming Southern Dental It is a very nice place to be a patient or a parent waiting. I think it was a great idea to merge. We will be back. Dr. Ward was great.
