I recently had the experience of replacing a crown that had chipped on the edge. Let me start with how quickly Dr Ward embraced making the situation right despite me chewing on the crown for the past 6 years. We scheduled me for an appointment to do this all in one visit. A great plan until Covid created a hiccup that caused us to push it out a month. The office was more than accommodating to meet my available follow up time. I felt comfortable and safe at the clinic. Staff in the front were friendly and glad to explain procedures and the like. There was no wait to speak of. The assistant explained everything well and was friendly and competent. Dr. Liner, likewise. I feel they understand my dental history and I think we'll work well to keep my oral hygiene good. I have never been fond of going to the dentist, but I now actually look forward to going to Southern Dental. Everyone there is fantastic and they treat you like you're family.
I love the team at SDA. They are always so professional and caring for the health and safety of their patients. Everytime I visit I feel like I am family. They are also very efficient and I am in and out in no time. I would recommend this practice to everyone.
